It should be noted that not all Cable Sands mineral sands mines have ministerial conditions and, therefore, not all mines will have an audit report. For those mines with ministerial conditions, the audit reports are publicly available in the Perth library of the DEP. Given the number of the reports, should the Honorable Member require a copy of a specific report, the Minister for the Environment and Heritage would be pleased to provide that report.
