-Description
-Proposed charge
-Proposed effective date
-Whether a Preliminary Impact Assessment has been conducted
-Level of cost?recovery
-If the fee will not be charged at 100% cost?recovery, an explanation of why
-The steps to be undertaken to achieve 100% cost?recovery at a future date
-Estimated revenue impact across the forward estimates
