POLICE — RETURN TO PRISON WARRANTS
674. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the answer provided on
13 June 2023 to my question on notice 1433, in which the house was informed
that, as at 26 May 2023, the oldest return to prison warrant had been
outstanding for 225 days.
(1) Has the Western
Australia Police Force now finalised the execution of this return to prison
warrant by locating and processing the offender?
(2) If yes to
(1), on what date did that arrest take place?
(3) Further to
(2), what is the age of the warrant that is now the oldest that remains
outstanding?
(4) If no to (1),
who is the offender and should the community be on the lookout for this
fugitive?
