(a) if not, why not?
(4) On how many occasions, and on which dates, did the air charter service fly without the Minister to or from Albany; and
(a) why did the plane fly without the Minister on these occasions; and
(b) what was the cost to the State Government of the plane flying without the Minister on these occasions?
