refer to the Art Gallery of WA Annual Report which stated that there 5741
members of the general public that took advantage of the daily walk-in tours
offered by the Voluntary Gallery Guides for the 2017-18 financial year, and ask: (a) how does the Minister reconcile that figure with the answer to Question on Notice No. 3428 on 14 August 2018 in which he stated there were only 3,058 members of the public that accessed the walk-in tours for the 2017 calendar year; and (b) was there an influx of members of the public undertaking the tours in
the first six months of 2018 and: (i) if
yes, how many?

(a) The number of members of the public that accessed the walk-in tours reported in Question on Notice No. 3428 on 14 August 2018 is the number of general public members that took advantage of the daily walk-in tours offered by the Voluntary Gallery Guides in the financial year up to 30 June 2017.
(b) There was an increase of members of the public undertaking the tours in the first six months of 2018 due to the exhibition ; A Window on Italy – The Corsini Collection: Masterpieces from Florence
