stalled Common Ground project in East Perth.
(1) Has a tender been accepted for
the design and construction of Common Ground in East Perth?
(2) If a tender process has not been
commenced and completed, why not?
(3) When is construction expected to
begin?
(4) When will Common Ground in East
Perth be complete?

some notice of the question. The following response has been provided by the
Minister for Housing.
(1)–(4) The East Perth Common Ground tender process closed
in February 2023. The evaluation process is currently underway. The
evaluation includes tender panel evaluation meetings to assess submissions and
requires independent assessments of technical and contractual compliance of
each submission, including design as well as detailed financial assessments of
each tenderer.
