(b) 75 FTE were subject to advertising/pool recruitment processes. [see paper tabled no. ] for a full breakdown.
(c) Of those not subject to advertising/pool recruitment processes, 18 FTE were subject to structural review of the positions and 69 FTE were vacant and in the process of recruitment or being reviewed as to how best to recruit.
