I refer to the former Health Minister Roger Cook's announcement on October 15, 2021, regarding the installation of rooftop solar at Derby hospital and his statement that: "The Horizon Power solar system will supply up to 40 per cent of the Derby Hospital's electricity, saving over $500,000 a year in electricity charges. "These funds can be redirected to provide an improved level of critical health care services for the Derby community." and I ask: (a) When was the installation completed; (b) What was the final cost of the installation; (c) What was the total electricity usage at the hospital in each of the following 6-month periods: (i) January 2020 to June 2020 (inclusive); (ii) July 2020 to December 2020 (inclusive); (iii) January 2021 to June 2021 (inclusive); (iv) July 2021 to December 2021 (inclusive); (v) January 2022 to June 2022 (inclusive); and (vi) July 2022 to December 2022 (inclusive); and (d) What was the total cost of electricity for the hospital in each of the following 6-month periods: (i) January 2020 to June 2020 (inclusive); (ii) July 2020 to December 2020 (inclusive); (iii) January 2021 to June 2021 (inclusive); (iv) July 2021 to December 2021 (inclusive); (v) July 2021 to December 2021 (inclusive); and (vi) July 2022 to December 2022 (inclusive)?
