(2) for each position identified in (1), I ask: (a) how long has the position been vacant for; (b) what is the title of the position; (c) what is the salary range for the position; (d) how many applications have been received; and (e) is there an attraction and retention incentive for the role: (i) if yes to (e), what is the value of the payment and when does it expire?
