I refer to the Clean Energy Future Fund administered by the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) and supported by Energy Policy WA (DEED) for clean energy projects and the State Government's additional $18 million funding to 2030–31 ($11.2 million to 2026–27) to extend the Fund to a total of $37 million and ask:(a) How much was provided to the pumped hydro project in Walpole, when was it awarded, and what is its status;(b) How much was awarded to Sunrise Energy Group for the Edenlife Microgrid retirement village, when was it awarded, and what is its status;(c) How much was awarded to Tesla Geraldton Pty Ltd to convert a 10 MW diesel generator at Geraldton Airport to battery storage to provide grid services and electric vehicle charging, when was it awarded, and what is its status;(d) How much was awarded to Electric Power Conversions Australia for lithium battery mining haul trucks, when was it awarded, and what is its status;(e) How much was awarded to Pacific Energy towards the installation of a 250 kW/1 MWh Vanadium Redox Flow Battery to test the performance of a high-capacity vanadium battery, when was it awarded, and what is its status;(f) How much was awarded to Junjua Solar Farm in the Pilbara, when was it awarded, and what is its status; and(g) How much was awarded for the Banjima solar and battery project in central Pilbara, when was it awarded, and what is its status?

(a)   Power Research and Development’s pumped hydro storage project was awarded $1,972,715.25 in April 2022 as part of grant round two. The project is in progress.
(b)   Edenlife Communities Pty Ltd’s fully electric retirement village project was awarded $432,750 in January 2025 as part of grant round three. The project is in progress.
(c)   Tesla Geraldton Pty Ltd’s diesel replacement battery storage project was awarded $3,500,000 in January 2025 as part of grant round three. The project is in progress.
(d)   Electric Power Conversions Australia’s mining vehicle electrification project was awarded $3,000,000 in January 2025 as part of grant round three. The project is in progress.
(e)   Pacific Energy’s Battery project was awarded $574,400 in January 2025 as part of grant round three. The project is currently finalising relevant customer supply arrangements and a grant funding agreement with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
(f)    Pilbara Solar’s (Junja) solar farm project was awarded $3,000,000 in January 2025 as part of grant round three. The project is currently finalising relevant customer supply arrangements and a grant funding agreement with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
(g)   Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation’s solar and battery project was awarded $2,500,000 in January 2025 as part of grant round three. The project is currently finalising relevant customer supply arrangements and a grant funding agreement with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
