I find this a curious question. Frankly, it is a disgraceful question. This member is seeking to in some way criticise Hon Joe Berinson, and I note the circumstances of former magistrate Deborah Bennett-Borlase. It is a very unfortunate trait on the part of the member opposite to kick people when they are down, just to make some cheap political point about a former distinguished minister in a Labor Government. Hon Peter Foss: Why have you avoided an answer? Several members interjected. The PRESIDENT: Order, members! The minister has the call. Hon N.D. GRIFFITHS: I advise the member that the answer I have been provided is as follows - (1) No. (2) No. (3) Not applicable.
