The Intellectual Disability Diversion Program (IDDP) is a joint initiative by the
Department of Justice
and the Department of Community Services to reduce recidivism, the rate of imprisonment and to improve the ways in which the justice system deals with people with intellectual disability. The program currently operates at the Magistrates Court in Central Law Courts (501 Hay Street, Perth WA 6000).
