I refer to the water and waste water services at the Shire of Denmark’s 203-lot subdivision and caravan park located at reserve 24510, Peaceful Bay. (1) Does the leasehold subdivision and caravan park at this location require a licence under the terms of the Water Services Licensing Act 1995 for those services? (2) Has the Shire of Denmark provided those services without a licence? (3) Are all the 14 recommendations set out in the report titled “Health Assessment: Peaceful Bay: Shire of Denmark” dated 16 September by Mr Roger Longhurst, scientific officer at the Department of Health, being complied with?
