In relation to employee to population ratios, WA Health does not have a single ratio to prescribe the number of Nurses required to deliver services.  Nursing numbers are influenced by the particular specialisation, acuity and complexity of the patient mix, service function, the levels of supervision and support required for Nurses in training.
Notes:
Data excludes: Agency Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Registered Dental Nurses and Dental Clinic Assistants.
Resignations are employee initiated terminations.
Terminations measure the total number of employees who have been dismissed from employment.
