With regards to the Build A Life In WA (BALWA) program, I ask: (a) Please provide a breakdown by month of the number of BALWA recipients who have received their first $5000 payment since the start of the program: (i) For each month, please provide a breakdown by trade; (b) Please provide a breakdown by month of the number of BALWA recipients who have received their milestone 2 payment: (i) For each month, please provide a breakdown by trade; (c) What tracking, if any, is being kept on workers after they receive their second and final payment; and (d) To date, what is the total cost of the program including advertising, staffing etc.?
