(1) 3,145 people have applied for and received a 50% reduction of fees for recognition of their prior learning, in order to train at a higher level.

The data covers the period between 1 July 2009 and 31 December 2009. This data will not be fully validated and signed off by the Department until late April 2010.
(3) 103 people have been given a total fee exemption.
