I have a supplementary question.
Given that nearly one in four young Western Australians is out of a job, will
the Premier apologise to the many unskilled Western Australian young people and
their parents —

opportunity to the member for Willagee to ask a supplementary question; I have
not given the opportunity to anyone else to make any contribution whatsoever. I
want to hear the member for Willagee's supplementary question in
silence.

C.J. BARNETT : That is what he just said. He said one in four—25 per
cent—youth unemployment across the state. Sorry, I cannot see it, but I
recognise that there are areas with high youth unemployment. Is my attitude
uncaring? No. I am about creating jobs. Those on the other side of the house
stand in the way of development; they support the mining tax and the carbon
tax. Again I say to young people who are fit and healthy, willing to work and
willing to be trained, stand up and you will get a job, and I will do all that
I can to help you get a job.
