often did the Alliance meet for each of the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 so far; (b) Where

(a-f) The Regional Capitals Alliance is an informal alliance of local governments who advocate on behalf of their regions. It is not a body created under legislation. There is no requirement for the Department or the Government to keep records of their meetings.
Meeting agendas and minutes are published on their website.
(g) None.
