(a) Approximately 100 residential lots will be available for public purchase in the first stage of release. It is planned they will be available late 2001/2002. (b) The first zone on the latest preliminary structure plan is referred to as Cell One and is the subject of the existing Kalgoorlie Golf Course. (c) The $3.3 million will be spent in the commissioning of a range of consultants to progress the due diligence process for both the residential and golf course components of the project. (d) The current unimproved market value of the developed lots will be obtained prior to release and the price of the lots will reflect the prevailing market conditions.
