(Adoption Act Legislative Review Committee, 2007), that 'the Code of Practice should be revised in consultation with licensed mediators and relevant interest groups', and I ask -
(1) Does the Minister intend to review the
Code of Practice
?
(2) If yes to (1), when will the review commence?
(3) When is it intended the review will be concluded?
(4) Who will undertake the review?
(5) Which stakeholders will be consulted during the review?
(6) Will the findings from the review be made public?

(2) The Code of Practice will be revised following passage of the current amendment to the Act.
(3) As soon as practicable.
(4) The Department for Child Protection's Fostering and Adoption Division.
(5) Adoption Jigsaw (WA), Adoption Research Counselling Services and other relevant groups including licensed mediators.
(6) The Code of Practice is published in the Government Gazette.
