There is currently no land identified or zoned for the purpose of a fuel outlet in Tom Price or Paraburdoo. If a need is identified by the Shire of Ashburton, a formal request can be made to LandCorp and State Land Services of the Department of Regional Development and Lands.
LandCorp's Pilbara Regional Manager and State Land Services Manager Kimberley/Pilbara Region are prepared to meet with the Shire of Ashburton and assist them with land requirements for a fuel outlet and service station.
