(a) 4 hectares of the 17 hectare former Leighton Marshalling Yards site have been redeveloped by LandCorp, with sales to date totalling $100,808,399 (GST exclusive).
(b) The total Leighton Oceanside Parkland project area includes the balance of the marshalling yards (13 hectares), an area around the Fremantle Surf Lifesaving Club and 27 hectares of foreshore reserve.
Expenditure by LandCorp to deliver associated public amenity in Stage 1 was $23,472,485 (GST exclusive). This includes the cost of providing roads, paths, lighting, public art, central civic space and landscaping.
The remainder of the Leighton Oceanside Parklands, being stages 2-5  is under the management of the Department of Planning.
