Response time

(a) 4.30am.
(b) Delays occurred with planned works to replace the point blades which direct the train tracks to a certain position and enables the train controller to guide the train from one track to another. Due to the difficulty in accessing the site and undertaking the equipment setup in the time available, this caused the delay to services.
(c) 7.15am.
(d) 31 services were delayed.
