magazines and other items to public libraries for each of the years 2014-15,
2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18: (a) what
was the breakdown in numbers and cost of: (i) books; (ii) audiobooks; (iii) DVDs; and (iv) magazines; (b) did the State Library of WA supply top-up books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other items to public libraries after the initial yearly allocation: (i) if
yes, how many books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other items were supplied; (ii) which
libraries received the top-up books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other
items; and (iii) what was the value of the top-up books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other items; (c) do
local governments provide any books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other
items for use in libraries within their districts: (i) what
was the total value of books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other items
provided by local governments; and (ii) please provide the value of books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines and other items provided by each local government; and (d) what
is the percentage ratio of State Government to local government contributions
to fund WA’s public library services?
