During the time Wade Scale was an open case, three co-workers assisted with the case. (2) Case manager one was appointed on 3 August 1999 and transferred to another District Office on 16 May 2003. The second case manager was appointed on 16 May 2003 and resigned on 14 August 2003. (3) Case manager one had an average of eleven cases and a maximum of thirteen cases during the time period. The second case manager had an average of ten and maximum of eleven cases during the period. The three co workers had a maximum of fourteen, thirteen and seven cases during the period.
