I refer the minister to the recent incidents on Woodside-operated facilities off the Western Australian coast such as the Vincent floating production, storage and off-loading vessel fire on 13 April 2009, and incident with the maritime worker working on the Pluto project on 9 September this year. (1) Is the minister aware of any outstanding improvement notices against any Woodside facility and/or project? (2) If yes to (1), how many are there and what have they been issued for?
