MAIN ROADS
— STRATEGIC ASSET PLAN
896. Ms R. SAFFIOTI to the
Minister for Transport:
I have a supplementary
question. Can the minister explain why the 2015–16 strategic asset plan
was tabled and why he is refusing to table the current year's strategic
asset plan?

AnswerView source ↗

I have just explained
why I am not tabling it. It is because I have advice that I do not have to
table it. It has information that is confidential to cabinet.
Several members
interjected.
Mr W.R. MARMION : If I am allowed to finish, with all this
mumbo jumbo going on —
The SPEAKER : Member for Girrawheen, I call you to order for the second time.
Mr W.R. MARMION : If I get advice that I can table it and it
is not cabinet-in-confidence, I will consider tabling it.
