I refer to the answer provided for QON 1041 and provide a specific and refined query: (a) Since 19 March 2025 for each department, agency and Government Trading Enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, has the Director General, CEO, Commissioner, Deputy DG, Assistant DG, Executive GM / Chief Officer, Assistant Commissioner, or board members (or equivalent positions) received any gifts, benefits, hospitality, accommodation and travel; and (b) If yes: (i) what was the nature of the gift, benefit, hospitality, accommodation or travel received; (ii) What was the date of receipt of each gift, benefit, hospitality, accommodation or travel; (iii) What is the name of the individual, organisation or private company that offered the gift, benefit, hospitality, accommodation or travel; (iv) What is the estimated individual value of the gift, benefit, hospitality, accommodation or travel; and (v) Does the organisation have any commercial or financial relationship with the individual, organisation or private company that offered the gift, benefit, hospitality, accommodation or travel and if so, what is the nature of that commercial or financial relationship?

As stated in response to the Member’s previous question on this topic, LA QON 1041 answered on 17 February 2026, the information being sought by the member is not readily available and would require considerable research, which would divert staff away from their normal duties. As such, I am not prepared to divert the State’s resources to provide a response.
However, if the Member has a query related to a specific department, agency or Government Trading Enterprise within a specific Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, I would be pleased to consider arranging for the department to provide information on that particular issue.
