PERTH DRUG COURT - RECIDIVISM ANALYSIS
I refer to the answer given to question without notice 374 on 30 May 2006 regarding the review of the Perth Drug Court, which was expected be completed by the end of July 2006. (1) Has the review of the effectiveness of this court been completed; and, if not, why not? (2) If yes to (1), will the Attorney General now table a copy of the report in Parliament; and, if not, when will the report be tabled? Hon SUE ELLERY
