(a) is there an Endocrinology specialist to treat diabetic patients in the South West;
(b) what specialist services are available for diabetic patients in the South West; and
(i) how do patients access these services;
(c) what other specialist services are available in the South West for diabetic patients; and
(d) how many specialist diabetic clinics are in the South West; and
(i) what are their locations?

(a) There is no Endocrinology Specialist based in the South West. An Endocrinologist visits periodically with the Princess Margaret Hospital Diabetic Team. This service is facilitated and coordinated by St John of God Bunbury.
(b) Diabetes Educator, Dietician and Podiatrist.
(i) Self or GP referral.
(c) Nil.
(d) Nil that are provided by WACHS-South West.
(i) Not applicable.
