AND HEALTH STANDING COMMITTEE REPORT — RECOMMENDATIONS
144. Hon STEPHEN DAWSON to the Leader of the
House representing the Premier:
I refer to the report of September
2012 prepared by the Legislative Assembly's Education and Health
Standing Committee titled ''Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: the
invisible disability''.
(1) Which
ministers hold responsibility for recommendations 9, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 21?
(2) Have
recommendations 9, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 21 been fully implemented; and, if not,
why not?
(3) Page v of the
committee's report states —
In accordance with Standing Order
277(1) of the Standing Orders of the Legislative Assembly, the Education and
Health Standing Committee directs that the Premier, the Minister for Health,
the Attorney General, the Minister for Disability Services, and the Minister
for Racing and Gaming report to the Assembly as to the action, if any, proposed
to be taken by the Government with respect to the recommendations of the
Committee.
Can the Premier advise if this
direction has been actioned?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
