The Department of Health is currently undertaking an Outpatient Reform Project that involves extensive work to improve the quality, consistency and accuracy of outpatient data. The current data requested is not available.  The new project will enable accurate reporting of wait times for outpatient appointments to assist clinicians and the public in accessing appropriate care. Further work is also occurring to identify and remediate identified quality issues.
