I refer to questions on notice 755 and 612, in relation to the transfer of responsibility of six ports, and I ask: (a) for each of the below, what is the status and expected completion of the transfer of each of these ports: (i) Port Walcott; (ii) Cape Preston; (iii) Barrow Island; (iv) Onslow; (v) Carnarvon (Useless Loop); and (vi) Carnarvon (Cape Cuvier)?

(a) (i - vi) To transfer the responsibility of the abovementioned ports a variation to each State Agreement associated to those ports is required. Each State Agreement will be varied on a case-by case basis in liaison with the relevant company.
