I refer to power outages in the Wheatbelt and I ask:(a) How many unplanned power outages were recorded by Western Power across the Wheatbelt during the 2024–25 financial year and the 2025-26 financial year;(b) For each town in the Wheatbelt identified to have had a power outage during the 2024-25 financial year what were:(i) the average duration of outages;(ii) the total cumulative outage time for the year; and(iii) the average number of customers affected per outage;(c) For each town in the Wheatbelt identified to have had a power outage during the 2025-26 financial year what were:(i) the average duration of outages;(ii) the total cumulative outage time for the year; and(iii) the average number of customers affected per outage; and(d) Over the last two years, has Western Power implemented any planned load shedding, power rationing or other network management measures in the Wheatbelt?
