supplementary question. Will the minister agree to publish a quarterly public
dashboard, aligning subdivision approvals to actual utility delivery dates,
which includes naming projects that miss their connection windows?

What I can say is that
the government works with land developers. In fact, this has been strongly welcomed
by the sector whereby we work on priority corridors—this has been a
reform and an initiative of ours—identifying land that can be unlocked in
one to five years. We have created those technical groups that bring together
water and other agencies to unlock this land, and this has been very much
welcomed by the sector.
