(1) Can the minister advise if any encumbrances have been lodged or registered in the past seven years against the property the subject of certificate of title volume 1267 folio 922, being the land known as lot 16, No 137 Arlunya Avenue, Cloverdale; and, if so, what is the nature of such encumbrances? (2) Has the owner of the land, or his enduring power of attorney, been advised of the registration of such encumbrances; and, if not, why not? (3) Are there any easements or other encumbrances on the land in relation to the existence of a Water Corporation sewer line; and, if so, will the minister provide details of such easements or encumbrances? (1) The land comprised in certificate of title volume 1267 folio 922 is encumbered by mortgage H902269 to Westpac Banking Corporation, registered on 19 October 2001. (2) The registered proprietor of the land signed mortgage H902269. (3) There are no easements or other encumbrances registered on the land relating to the existence of a Water Authority sewer line.
