The Minister for Energy has been provided with the following response
(1) Yes
(2) All faulty streetlights listed in the correspondence have been repaired except for those two streetlights along the Railway Reserve in Roe Street which are owned by the Public Transport Authority; and one streetlight near the intersection of Beaufort and Aberdeen Streets which will be repaired by the end of April 2009.
