176. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the
Minister for Housing:
I refer to the interim agreement with Fleetwood for the
operation and management of Osprey Village.
(1) On what
date were discussions with Fleetwood last held and what was the outcome of
those discussions?
(2) Was it Treasury, the State Solicitor's Office or
a legal officer who reviewed the interim agreement?
(3) If it was a legal officer, who was the officer, and where
does that officer work?
(4) If
Treasury did not review the interim agreement, did Treasury separately provide
approval for the department to enter into an agreement where the state may be
liable for a capital payout to Fleetwood?
(5) How many dwellings at Osprey are occupied as at today's
date?
