With regard to the Office of the Contaminated Sites Committee, I ask: (a) what is the annual budget for 2013–2014 of the Contaminated Sites Committee; (b) how many full time equivalent staff are employed by the Contaminated Sites Committee and at what level of remuneration; (c) what is the rent paid for the Office of the Contaminated Sites office at Level 22 Forrest Centre 221 St Georges Terrace Perth; and (d) how many times did the committee meet in 2012–2103 and how many times has it met this financial year?

(a) The annual budget for 2013-14 of the Contaminated Sites Committee is $460 995.
(b) The Department of Environment Regulation employs the following Contaminated Sites Committee staff:
• 0.8 FTE Level 6 (PSA 1992/PSGA 2006)
• 1.0 FTE Level 3 (PSA 1992/PSGA 2006)
• 0.26 FTE Level 2 (PSA 1992/PSGA 2006)
(c) The annual rent for 2013-14 of the Contaminated Sites Committee and its support staff is $81 600.
(d) The Contaminated Sites Committee met 11 times in 2012-13 and six times from 1 July 2013 to 27 February 2014.
