(1)-(2) I have met with those two people, Brian Burke and Julian Grill, and the Smiths Beach development people. I have taken the issue of Smiths Beach development forward on two occasions in three years. I took the matter to the appropriate minister, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure. I simply sought a meeting with the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure and the proponents. Some 12 to 14 months later, I sought a meeting with the then Department of Conservation and Land Management when Canal Rocks Pty Ltd, or Smiths Beach, as I understood it to be - Mr T.R. Sprigg : Down two and a half grand. Mr N.R. MARLBOROUGH : I am not worried about that. I subsequently, as accurately reported by the former head of CALM at the CCC yesterday, organised a meeting for the proponents with the department. That has been my only involvement in three years.
