Hon Giz Watson inquires about the information sharing practices between the Public Transport Authority (PTA) and the Western Australian Police (WAPOL), specifically regarding a Memorandum of Understanding and the sharing of passenger data. The Minister confirms the existence of the MoU and that it covers all intelligence sharing circumstances, and that the PTA does not share passenger information with other bodies.
