I refer to the rushed implementation of the Government's C-series trains, and I ask: (a) is a record or log kept of reported issues in relation to C-series trains that are in active service; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) if no to (a), are issues not recorded in relation to C-series trains; (d) for each C-series train currently in service, can the record or log in (a), be tabled for the month of May 2025; and (e) if no to (d), why not?
