For all agencies, departments and trading enterprises within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities: (a) how many officers in each department, agency or trading enterprise receive “Attraction and Retention" (ARB) benefits; (b) what is this number as a percentage of the organisation's workforce; (c) what is the total annual value of these benefits; and (d) since 1 July 2010, how many ARB arrangements have been reviewed and discontinued?

Port Authorities
The Mid West Ports Authority, Pilbara Ports Authority, Kimberley Ports Authority, Southern Ports Authority and Fremantle Port Authority are Government Trading Enterprises which act commercially under the
Port Authorities Act 1999
(the Act).  Under s 6 of the Act, port authorities are not subject to the
Public Sector Management Act 1994
.  Port authorities pay staff at commercial rates relevant to the port's industry.  They do not use Government salary levels or Attraction or Retention allowances.
