(1) The Mental Health Commission works
closely with the Office of the State Coroner to monitor suicide trends in
Western Australia and to inform statewide suicide prevention initiatives.
However, the State Coroner is the data custodian for suicide data in Western
Australia.
(2)–(3) Not applicable.
