(a)-(d) The new Perth Stadium Transport Infrastructure Project Definition Plan (PDP) relied on transport modelling to provide sufficient accurate modal split numbers based on the anticipated maximum demand at the Stadium.
The modelling software predicts the broad modal split of travellers at the level of people traveling by train, bus, car and as pedestrians. This level of predicative modelling was quite sufficient for the purposes of the PDP.
