(a) Phase 1: Police, WA State Emergency Services and President Safer WA Committees' Executive.
Phase 2: Police, some Government Agencies and all Local Government Authorities, Safer WA Committees and Members of Parliament in the geographical area encompassed by the review have been provided the opportunity to comment on the discussion paper
(b) Responses will be considered by the Commissioner and his Command Team.
(c) No.
