Contaminated Sites Act 2003,
and ask -
(1) How many of each of current and former landfill sites have been reported as possibly contaminated in, -
(a) Western Australia;
(b) the Perth Metropolitan Region; and
(c) the Eastern Metropolitan Region?
(2) Can the Minister provide the location of each current and former landfill site?
(3) Which of these sites have been assessed by the Department of Environment and Conservation?
(4) What has been the outcome of these assessments?
(5) What is the formal process for notifying the Department of Water of the outcome of the assessment of a landfill site?
