for critically endangered, endangered or vulnerable species from the public or
the Threatened Species Scientific Committee since 2018: (a) if

all such nominations been forwarded to the Minister for consideration of listing
under the Biodiversity Conservation Act

(a) Seven.
(2) No.
(a) One nominated species occurs within other Australian States or Territories, and this nomination has been referred to the Commonwealth Government for assessment, in accordance with the Intergovernmental Memorandum of         Understanding - Agreement on a Common Assessment Method for Listing of Threatened Species and Threatened Ecological Communities . The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is working with nominees to           ensure that the remaining nominations satisfy the information requirements specified in 2.2 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 Ministerial Guideline Number 1 and these nominations will be provided to the Threatened                 Species Scientific Committee for assessment, once the information requirements are met.
(3) Yes.
(a) Not applicable.
(4) No.
(a) Development of recovery plans is prioritised for threatened species, for example when there are significant complexities in conservation planning arising from multiple significant threats, occurrence across multiple land tenures,       large numbers of stakeholders and social, cultural or economic significance.

(b) As per the Code of Conduct for Western Australian Scientific Committees, Committee recommendations are confidential and must not be disclosed by members until after the decision on those recommendations and the outcome       is published in the Government Gazette .
