I refer to the Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services (OICS) Report into an Announced Inspection of the West Kimberley Regional Prison (2017), noting that Recommendation 13 was subject to risk assessments and supervision, provide better opportunities for male and
female prisoners at WKRP to mix. This must include opportunities for friends and
families to grieve together, and ask: (a) does the Minister accept this recommendation: (i) if not, why not; and (b) when will this recommendation be implemented?
