(1) Judicial education is judicial officer led to ensure the independence of the judiciary is upheld. The Department of Justice is not privy to, and does not run, courses for the judiciary.
Disability awareness training is available to staff at the Family Court of Western Australia (FCWA) as employees of the Department.
